The Old Dragon Pool(Lao Long Tan) is located at Jingyuan County. There is a legend that Wei Zhen killed the Dragon King there. Lao Long Tan is the origin of Jing River. The Water falls down along the mountains creating three great falls, thus forming the wonderful sights of "Flying Falls by the Dragon Pool", "Tears From Dragon's Eyes" and "The Young Dragon playing in the water". During spring and summer, the flowers are in full blossom, all the valleys are covered with green trees, and birds are singing and butterflies flying. All the fields are full of life. In the autumn, the frost dyes the leaves as red as flames while scattered bamboos, pine trees and cypress trees reveal fresh look, making the sight full of life there.
    It is said that when the great hero of Mongolia, Genghis Khan, leading his troops to attack Xixia, he spent days at a summer resort just at Lao Long Tan.
