1.3月19日，自治区党委书记、自治区党委应对新冠肺炎疫情工作领导小组组长陈润儿检查督导境外疫情输入联防联控工作时强调：始终保持高度警惕，始终保持临战状态，毫不放松防控境外疫情输入，巩固疫情防控大好形势。

　　On　March　19,　Chen　Run’er, Secretary　of　the　CPC　Ningxia　Committee　and Head　of　the　Leading　Group　on　COVID-19　Epidemic　Prevention　and　Control　of　the　CPC　Ningxia　Committee,　inspected　the　inter-agency　and　society-wide　actions　to　control　imported　COVID-19　cases.　He　stressed　that　we　should　be　alert　of　the　imported　cases　and　never　slacken　our　efforts　to　safeguard　the　achievements　in　epidemic　containment.

　　2.银川海关提醒进出境旅客：自觉遵守国境卫生检疫管理规定，主动配合海关做好体温监测、医学巡查、流行病学调查等各项卫生检疫措施；对于不如实申报健康状况，隐瞒发病情况、境外旅行史，采取吃退烧药方式降低体温，掩盖发热症状，不配合体温监测，拒绝隔离、留验、就地诊验、转诊，擅自脱离诊疗等情况将受到法律严惩。

　　Yinchuan　Customs　cautioned　that　all　inbound　and　outbound　travelers should　abide　by　the　frontier　health　and　quarantine regulations　and　cooperate　with　quarantine　practices　of　the　customs　including　temperature measurement,　medical　inspection,　epidemiological　survey, 　etc.　They　will　be　held　accountable　in　accordance　with　laws　in　case　of　concealing　illness　and　overseas　travel　history,　taking antipyretics to　lower　temperature,　and　refusing　temperature　measurement,　quarantine　orders,　examination　and　treatment　arrangements.

　　As　the　last　medium-risk　county　is　downgraded　to　low-risk region,　there　are　no　medium-risk and　high-risk　regions　in　Ningxia.　As　of　March　19,　2020,　the　total　22 counties　(or　county-level　cities　and　districts) and　Ningdong　Base　are　all　low-risk　regions.
